Self reflection is not looking into a mirror. It is looking at two windows.
One is dark and reflects what you need to learn from your mistakes and hard times.
One is light and reflects what wonderment that is in front of you if you accurately reflect on the contents of the dark window.
Beware, you cannot get to the light window without having reflected on the dark first.
